The purpose of the Cosby High School Choral Department is to encourage quality performance, high academic standards, loyal school spirit and strong leadership. The Cosby High School Choral Boosters , a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in turn is filled with caring volunteers who work extremely hard to support our talented students and our amazing directors through fundraising, personal effort and moral support. Our main objective is to assist in creating an opportunity for each choir member to experience a superior choir program and further their musical education.

Our booster organization works to supplement the needs of the choral department such as music arrangements, copyrights, sheet music, choreography, sets and props, costumes, sending show choirs on trips, supporting students attending All-State, stand still choirs never having to pay to compete or costs of trips, competition fees, meals for competitions, social events and so much more.
